Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in a dynamic, remote environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cybersecurity sales, with a focus on running efficient sales processes and guiding targeted outreach efforts. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic sales strategies tailored to the cybersecurity landscape.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies, including email campaigns, cold calling, and networking, to engage potential clients in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team in executing outreach attempts, providing training on best practices, tools, and techniques for effective prospecting.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales messaging and ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives in target industries vulnerable to phishing and brand threats.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales approaches.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and proposals to senior leadership.
  • The candidate must be willing to take calls within the Americas time zones.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g.,HubSpot), and outreach tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven expertise in cybersecurity sales, including selling software solutions preferably brand protection services or related technologies.

     

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales within the tech or cybersecurity industry.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven security solutions and blockchain-based anti-phishing platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work culture, with strong virtual collaboration skills.
  • Proven expertise in cybersecurity sales, including selling software solutions like anti-phishing tools, brand protection services, or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a remote or distributed team setting.
