UX/UI Designer

We work with startups and established businesses, creating user-centered, scalable, and visually polished digital products. We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our design team and help create intuitive and impactful user experiences.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Design UX solutions for web and mobile applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Develop UI designs using Figma
• Participate in the discovery phase together with PMs and BAs
• Build and maintain design systems and UI kits
• Collaborate closely with developers during implementation
• Apply client and team feedback to improve designs
• Ensure high-quality design delivery throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
• Experience designing web and mobile interfaces
• Experience working with design systems
• Portfolio showcasing real projects
• Ability to explain and justify design decisions
• English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher
