UI/UX Designer (Online Casino / iGaming)

Responsibilities
* Design UI/UX for online casino products: web and mobile.
* Work with the full player funnel: registration, deposit, gameplay, retention, VIP.
* Design key product elements: banners, lobby, game categories, slot cards, cashier, profiles, bonuses, tournaments.
* Improve core UX metrics: CR, FTDR, retention, session length.
* Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and CRM teams.
* Prepare designs for A/B testing and product hypotheses.
* Maintain and evolve the design system.
* Take into account iGaming specifics: emotion, азарт, behavioral triggers, fast decision-making.
Requirements
* 2–3+ years of UI/UX experience, preferably in iGaming, fintech, betting, or other high-risk industries.
* Strong understanding of player behavior patterns and retention-driven design.
* Ability to design interfaces that convert and retain, not just look good.
* Confident work in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants).
* Experience building and working with design systems.
* Solid understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
* Ability to work with analytics and product feedback.
* Independence, strong visual taste, discipline.
Nice to Have
* Experience with casino platforms, slot providers, sportsbook products.
* Understanding of bonus mechanics, VIP levels, loyalty systems.
* Hands-on experience with A/B testing.
* Basic knowledge of UX copywriting.
* Experience with high-load products.
* Based in Argentina or strong understanding of the LATAM market (preferred, not mandatory).
