Influence Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with a background in iGaming to join the team at EmbyAd Marketing Agency. Our agency owns a unique technology that enables the creation of unforgettable gamified marketing experiences delivering exceptional value for both – our clients and their audiences. At this stage, we are building a team of seasoned professionals to expand our market presence and introduce our technology to new clients, launching high-impact campaigns that take conversions to the next level.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the identification, outreach, and onboarding of influencers, securing partnerships that maximize results for both the client and the agency;
  • Plan and execute influencer advertising campaigns across platforms including YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, and Instagram, following the approved marketing strategy and ensuring timely delivery of all campaign assets;
  • Track, interpret, and report on campaign data, offering clear insights and data-driven recommendations to boost performance;
  • Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously for active clients while contributing to the creation and presentation of proposals for new business opportunities;
  • Conduct continuous market research to identify promising influencer channels and meet monthly targets for expanding and diversifying the agency’s influencer network;
  • Assess potential influencer collaborations to ensure strong alignment with client branding, messaging, and campaign objectives;
  • Develop and suggest creative approaches and tactical improvements aimed at enhancing campaign engagement and conversion outcomes;
  • Maintain professional and clear communication in English;
  • Organize daily priorities, coordinate cross-team updates, and maintain momentum toward campaign deadlines while ensuring full visibility on negotiation status and performance results;
  • Work closely with your line manager to align campaign execution with overarching marketing goals, ensuring a consistent and strategic direction.

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, specifically in Tier 1-2 markets;
  • Proven success in influencer outreach, negotiation, and managing influencer marketing campaigns;
  • Established network of content creators and a proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns;
  • Strong ability to assess influencer fit for brand collaborations and maintain productive relationships;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Performance-oriented, with a deep understanding of key metrics and strategies for optimization;
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign results and provide actionable insights;
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
