Product Owner / Product Manager - E-Commerce (Shopify / DTC Brand)
MISSION
Own and execute the product roadmap for a DTC e-commerce brand
on the US market. Translate business goals into executed features,
optimized funnels, and measurable growth. Act as the execution bridge
between the founder, development, design, and marketing teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product & Website Ownership
• Own the Shopify roadmap including themes, PDPs, checkout,
upsells, and CRO elements.
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and
specifications.
• Prioritize features based on impact, speed, and ROI.
• Manage backlog, releases, and ongoing improvements.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
• Optimize product pages (PDPs), checkout, post-purchase flows,
upsells, downsells, and landing pages.
• Run A/B tests across layouts, copy, bundles, and offers.
• Align product experience with traffic sources in collaboration with
marketing and creative teams.
Cross-Functional Execution
• Coordinate Shopify developers, designers, creative strategists,
email/retention marketers, and SEO & paid media teams.
• Ensure clarity, accountability, and on-time delivery across all
initiatives.
Analytics & Decision-Making
• Track key metrics including conversion rate, AOV, funnel drop-offs,
and feature performance.
• Work with GA4, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar / Clarity (or similar tools).
Founder Support & Scaling
• Act as the founder’s right hand in product and execution.
• Proactively propose improvements and new initiatives.
• Prepare the product for scale: new SKUs, bundles, subscriptions,
and international expansion.
EXPERIENCE
• 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or
E-commerce PM.
• Strong background in Shopify and DTC e-commerce.
• Experience working with designers, developers, and marketing
teams.
• Hands-on exposure to CRO, paid traffic, and SEO-driven
products.
• Strong written English — B2 or higher.
