AI Product Manager

Inception-1 is a fast-growing product company. We’re building a category-defining suite of AI companionship products for web and mobile. We combine generative AI, real-time interaction, and emotional intelligence to create products used by millions worldwide. Over the last 9 months, our portfolio has grown rapidly.

We’re looking for an AI Product Manager to own and scale AI-driven initiatives that improve product performance, team efficiency, and business results.
 This is a hands-on role with high ownership, working closely with engineering, data, design, marketing, and operations to turn AI opportunities into measurable impact.

What You’ll Do
 

• Own AI initiatives across product and business processes.
• Identify and prioritize AI-driven automation and growth opportunities.
• Translate business needs into AI solutions (assistants, agents, analytics).
• Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → scaling.
• Define metrics and measure impact (efficiency, retention, revenue).
• Run experiments and A/B tests with analytics support.
• Ensure privacy, governance, and safe AI usage.
• Drive adoption and coordinate cross-functional execution.

Requirements (Must-have)
 

• 3–5+ years in Product / Program / Operations roles with cross-functional ownership.
• Strong product thinking: hypotheses, ROI, experimentation, scaling.
• Solid understanding of AI fundamentals (LLMs, agents, RAG, integrations).
• Data-driven mindset and experience working with metrics.
• Knowledge of data privacy and governance (e.g. GDPR).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• English — Upper Intermediate or higher
• High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have
 

• Experience with GenAI assistants or agents.
• Background in AI, social, or content-heavy B2C products.
• Basic technical skills (SQL, analytics, prompt engineering).
• UX/UI awareness and strong collaboration with designers.
