Solutions Services Engineer
Main Responsibilities
โ Work closely with the Project Manager to understand client projects and system installations
โ Configure client accounts, system settings, integrations, and other parameters according to their needs
โ Create and modify content based on client customizations
โ Test all processes end-to-end (E2E) to ensure proper system functionality
โ Onboard new clients: demonstrate the platform, guide them through setup, and ensure a smooth go-live
โ Explain technical details to clients in a clear and simple way
โ Support future automation of manual configuration and testing processes
Requirements
โ Understanding of how technical products work.
โ Comfortable with system configurations, parameters, integrations, and APIs (no coding required).
โ Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
โ Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way.
โ Detail-oriented and capable of thorough testing.
โ Experience with SaaS platforms, preferably in retail will be a plus
โ Interest in automation and process optimization
