Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager

SoftPeak is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to build direct communication with potential customers on LinkedIn and Upwork.

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead outbound communication - Engage potential customers directly through LinkedIn and Upwork messaging.
  • Schedule Meetings - Engage with potential leads, negotiate initial interest, and set up meetings to discuss possible cooperation.
  • Lead meetings with potential customers and manage early-stage negotiations.
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or client communication in the IT field is preferred. However, we are also open to motivated candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow;
  • English: B2-C2;
  • Skill to engage users to the meaningful conversations.
  • Systematic approach. 
    We expect you to make daily quote without exceptions!

 

Key Daily Results:

We expect you to make such number of messages and videos:

  • 10 new messages (50% custom) per day to relevant LinkedIn leads.
  • 15 personalized intro videos per day (duration: 3-4 minutes via Loom) for LinkedIn and Upwork leads.
