Team Lead Data Analytics

We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to head our analytics team (Product, Marketing, Retention). This role balances team mentorship with hands-on analysis, focusing on driving data-driven decisions without the burden of infrastructure management.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Background: 2+ years in Data Analytics with 1–2+ years in a Lead or Senior role; 
  • Technical Stack: Advanced SQL (complex queries/joins) and Python (Pandas, Numpy); proficiency in Power BI or similar tools;
  • Expertise: Solid understanding of A/B testing, product/marketing analytics, and attention to detail;
  • Management Skills: the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in iGaming with knowledge of LTV, ARPU, Churn, and Bonus Efficiency.
  • Cohort analysis, retention modeling, statistics/probability, and familiarity with CRM/attribution data and data pipelines.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of analysts; manage workloads, priorities, and delivery timelines; own the analytics roadmap and backlog;
  • End-to-End Analytics: Perform hands-on analysis (SQL, Python, Power BI) to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities;
  • Experimentation: Design, support, and evaluate A/B tests across product and marketing departments;
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and CRM stakeholders to define success metrics and translate data into actionable business recommendations;
  • Quality Control: Review team outputs (dashboards, research, reports) to ensure high standards of accuracy and insight.
