Required Skills:

1–2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst (preferably in digital marketing or product development)

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets

Proficient in Excel and SQL

Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker

Understanding of marketing metrics and performance indicators

Data-driven mindset and attention to detail

Good communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration

English — Upper-Intermediate

Nice to Have:

Experience with tracking systems

Experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization

Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis

Responsibilities:

Identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities

Build and maintain dashboards and regular KPI reports

Conduct in-depth analysis to support business decisions

Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluation

Automate regular reporting
