Creative Producer (Performance / Mobile Apps)

What You’ll Do

  • Turn growth briefs and hypotheses into clear creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards
  • Produce and manage UGC creators, influencers, actors, voiceovers, editors, designers
  • Actively use AI tools (image, video, script, voice) to speed up versioning and localization
  • Own the full creative pipeline: idea → test asset → winner → scalable creative pack
  • Collaborate daily with:
    • Growth Marketing — angles, messaging, offers, audience insights
    • UA — formats, placements, specs, testing structure
    • Product — funnel logic, paywalls, in-app experience
  • Maintain a structured creative asset library (angle, persona, format, hook, language, app)
  • Track TikTok / Reels / Shorts trends and adapt them to our apps and markets

 

  • 3+ years in performance-driven creative (mobile apps, DTC, subscriptions, or agencies)
  • Strong experience with video-first formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, UGC-style content)
  • Ability to turn a dry performance brief into a simple, human story or hook
  • Comfortable managing small productions end-to-end
  • Data-curious mindset — you care how your creatives perform and want to see the numbers
