Senior Media Buyer – Google Ads + X (Twitter) Ads to $6000

Overview

We are looking for an experienced performance media buyer who understands how to operate at scale on Google Ads and X Ads in restricted, competitive, or policy-sensitive verticals, while maintaining account longevity, delivery stability, and ROI.

This role requires deep platform knowledge, hands-on campaign execution, and the ability to work within evolving ad policies, review systems, and account structures.

 

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads and X Ads campaigns across search, display, native, and video formats
• Work with policy-restricted or high-scrutiny verticals, ensuring sustainable approvals and delivery
• Structure accounts for long-term survivability (campaign hierarchy, domains, creatives, pacing)
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to adapt messaging for compliance and performance
• Monitor moderation feedback, ad reviews, disapprovals, and appeals
• Optimize funnels, pre-landers, landing pages, and creatives to maximize CTR, CVR, and ROAS
• Manage budgets, bids, and pacing across multiple accounts and geographies
• Track performance using internal analytics, trackers, and platform dashboards

• Document learnings and best practices for scaling and replication
  
   

  Required Experience

• 2+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search + Display) or X Ads
• Proven ability to run ads in policy-sensitive, competitive, or non-trivial niches

• Strong understanding of:

   

  • Ad review processes
  • Policy interpretation and gray-zone compliance
  • Account trust signals and quality factors

   

• Experience with A/B testing creatives, headlines, and landing flows

• Ability to diagnose and recover underperforming or limited-delivery campaigns
