  • Develop backend APIs and services using Python and modern web frameworks;
  • Build frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks with a focus on intuitive user experiences that abstract complex AI capabilities;
  • Integrate applications with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Aurora Serverless;
  • Implement role-based access controls, security best practices, and compliance requirements when working with regulated healthcare data.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience with modern web technologies;
  • Strong experience with AWS Bedrock and foundation model integration in applications;
  • Advanced Python development skills with experience in web frameworks (FastAPI preferred);

  • Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, S3, Aurora Serverless, Cognito);
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI services into applications;
  • Strong background in API design and database architecture;
  • Experience with security best practices and HIPAA compliance in web applications;
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive complex technical projects.
  • At least an Upper Intermediate level of spoken and written English.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience building MCP servers or similar AI integration systems (including RAG and vector databases);
  • Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning or prompt engineering;
  • Experience with data lake technologies and AWS Lake Formation;
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (CDK preferred);
  • Experience with real-time web applications, containers, and microservices architectures;
  • Background in healthcare technology or experience working with medical data.
