Senior Laravel Developer (with Node.js/NestJS)

We are an international developer of IT products for medicine and related services. Our products are used by more than 5,000 doctors and more than 1,000 clinics in Europe.

The goal is to attract the largest possible audience to the main projects - clinics and doctors up to 3 million. As well as expanding unique traffic to 10 million per day until 2025. We are looking for Senior Back-End Developer with 7+ years of Laravel development experience. Good experience with Node.js (NestJS) will be an advantage.

Must-have skills are:
- Laravel (7+ years).
- Experience of building highload applications.

- Deep expertise in application security, including secure architecture design and protection against common vulnerabilities.

- Experience in SaaS platform design and development:

• multi-tenant architecture (tenant data isolation);
• subscriptions/plans, limits, billing logic (at least at the structure level).

- Integration with external services via OAuth2/OIDC.
- Practical working experience with sensitive personal data and GDPR/DSGVO requirements.
- Understanding of WebRTC (ICE/STUN/TURN), room/session management.
- Experience with Linux (shell/bash).

Will be an advantage if you have (it's just a bonus skills, not mandatory):
- Experience with Microsevices.
- Experience with Node.js (NestJS).
- Experience with service infrastructure.
- Understanding of front-end.
- Understanding of DICOM/DICOMweb (QIDO‑RS/WADO‑RS/STOW‑RS).
- Design of storage/access to results of researches (PACS-like scenarios, object storage).
