Senior Affiliate manager
We are a rapidly growing iGaming company founded by a team of passionate professionals. Our successful brands are highly popular among Tier 1 customers. To support our expansion, we are looking for an Senior Affiliate manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our partner program.
Responsibilities:
- Searching and developing cooperation proposals and negotiating terms with partners.
- Provide comprehensive support to partners throughout their lifecycle.
- Retain and motivate existing partners by developing unique offers for different segments.
- Ensure the quality of materials posted by affiliates.
- Collect data from partners to create reports and strategize improvements for crucial indicators. Increase customer traffic to product sites.
- Build and maintain daily trustworthy communication with key partners.
- Achieve KPIs related to the number of new clients.
Maintain all partner contacts in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience in iGaming products company and Tier1 geo markets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies.
- Experience in affiliate management of at least 2 years.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
