Marketing Operations Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who will build, manage, and scale marketing operations across multiple service lines. This role is responsible for leading a cross-functional marketing team, optimizing processes and workflows, and ensuring effective allocation of marketing resources to support business priorities and growth.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on marketing expertise with a strong operational mindset, excels at capacity planning and process optimization, and partners closely with service line marketing managers to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization.
 

A new team member will be in charge of:

  • Managing and developing marketing specialists across multiple disciplines including SEO, PPC, content, social media, email, and outbound marketing.
  • Allocating marketing resources strategically across Digital Products, Business Processes, and Growth service lines based on priorities and capacity.
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing workflows, processes, and quality standards to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing the marketing technology stack, including automation platforms, CRM, analytics, and project management tools.
  • Managing capacity planning and workload distribution to optimize resource utilization while preventing burnout.
  • Establishing and maintaining service level agreements with service line marketing managers to balance resource requests.
  • Tracking and reporting on operational metrics to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Partnering with service line marketing managers on quarterly planning, resource allocation, and priority alignment.
  • Building a high-performing team culture through knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Does this relate to you?

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with an operational focus in IT services, SaaS, or B2B technology companies.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of marketing disciplines such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proven success in process design, optimization, and scaling marketing operations.
  • Deep proficiency with HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and reporting.
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar tools for project and workflow management.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing resources across multiple business units or service lines.
  • Background working with US and global markets, with sensitivity to cultural nuances in B2B marketing.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with influence and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • English is Upper-Intermediate or higher.
