We’re looking for a Middle SEO Specialist who wants to learn deeply, move fast, and grow into a future Head of Organic Growth as the company grows.

  • A good SEO base

What we don’t have yet is a clear, repeatable SEO system.

This role exists to help build that system step by step.
You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you do need to learn, test ideas, and put changes live.

 

About the role

As a Middle SEO Specialist, you’ll work on the main parts of Talmatic’s organic growth.
You’ll improve existing pages, help structure new ones, and slowly take ownership of bigger SEO tasks.

This is a practical role with real responsibility and a clear growth path.

You’ll work closely with the founder and content team. Over time, you’ll move from execution to more strategic work — with the goal of becoming a Head of Organic Growth in the future.

 

What you will do

  • Work on SEO tasks across the website
  • Review existing pages (services, roles, technologies, countries) and suggest improvements
  • Improve page structure, internal links, and content clarity
  • Help with keyword research and understanding search intent
  • Support entity-based SEO across roles, technologies, and locations
  • Help add structured data and improve how pages are understood by search engines
  • Work with writers to improve content for search and clear answers
  • Use AI tools to speed up research and analysis
  • Track results like traffic, clicks, and leads
  • Take part in SEO experiments and help scale what works

You won’t work alone — but you won’t just follow instructions either.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Have 2–4 years of SEO experience (in-house or agency)
  • Understand SEO basics well (on-page SEO, internal links, basic technical SEO)
  • Have worked on real websites, not only reports or audits
  • Are curious about how SEO is changing with AI and LLMs
  • Want to understand why pages rank, not just follow checklists
  • Are okay with testing ideas, making mistakes, and learning
  • Can explain your thinking and ask good questions

     

Modern SEO topics you’ll work with

(You don’t need to be an expert yet)

  • Entity-based SEO and topical authority
  • Structured data (not only FAQ schema)
  • Answer-level SEO (featured snippets, AI answers, summaries)
  • AI and LLM visibility in search
  • Internal linking as a system
  • Using AI tools to help with research and execution (not just auto-writing content)

     

What this role is NOT

  • Not only link building
  • Not “publish blog posts and wait”
  • Not a passive role
  • Not an agency-style audit job

This role is for people who want to understand how SEO systems work and grow into ownership.

 

What success looks like

After ~3 months

  • Good understanding of Talmatic’s website and SEO opportunities
  • Helping improve important pages
  • First experiments launched and reviewed
  • Clear learning progress

     

After ~6 months

  • Owning specific SEO areas or page types
  • Regular improvements across multiple pages
  • Clear impact on impressions, clicks, and lead quality
  • More independence and decision-making

     

After ~12 months

  • Acting as the main owner of large parts of organic growth
  • Strong understanding of site structure, content, and AI visibility
  • Ready to move toward a Senior SEO / Head of Organic Growth role
