We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our R&D team and work hands-on with growth experiments that improve marketing performance and product efficiency.
In this role, you will optimize and experiment across the marketing funnel — from acquisition to conversion. You’ll analyze data, identify growth opportunities, formulate and test hypotheses, and scale successful solutions to drive sustainable growth.
This position is a strong fit for someone who is analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment while taking ownership of outcomes.
Your Area of Impact:
- Generate, test, and scale creative hypotheses (hooks, angles, formats) across UGC, AI, static, and video.
- Continuously produce, test, and quickly scale winning creatives.
- Own the full funnel from click to purchase; identify and fix conversion bottlenecks; propose and validate conversion optimization hypotheses.
- Monitor core performance metrics: Spend, CPA/CPI, Purchase CVR, ARPU/LTV, short- and long-term ROMI.
- Run structured experiments (hypothesis → test → learnings → decision).
- Prioritize tests by impact and speed; document insights and reduce time to launch.
- Deliver clear performance updates: what works, what doesn’t, what scales, what gets cut.
Collaborate with Product on onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and offers.
Professional Expertise You Will Need for This Role:
- 2 - 3+ years in hands-on growth, acquisition, or performance marketing roles within product-led B2C/subscription startups or scale-ups across global markets.
- Proven hands-on experience launching, optimizing, and scaling Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) with significant monthly budgets.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics: CPA, ARPU, LTV, ROMI.
- Ability to analyze funnels end-to-end (click → activation → purchase) and identify bottlenecks.
- Solid data analysis skills.
- Experience with analytics and attribution tools (e.g, Amplitude, Segment, GA4, AppsFlyer, or similar).
- Strong creative judgment: ability to define angles, hooks, and hypotheses for ads, and evaluate creative performance.
- Ability to structure insights and present results clearly to C-level (concise decks, clear conclusions, action-oriented updates).
- Experience working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments (early-stage or high-growth products).
English Level - B1+.
