Role overview

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the full operational management of the company in Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. This role carries full accountability for strategy execution, operational efficiency, team leadership, and business development across both markets. The position requires active on-site involvement and regular work between Turkey and the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational processes of Pella Global in Turkey and the UAE.
• Ensure execution of the company strategy and alignment across all departments.
• Lead management teams and oversee day-to-day business operations.
• Take full responsibility for budgets, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Develop and scale marketing operations in line with company objectives.
• Represent the company in strategic meetings, partnerships, and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and business standards in both countries.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the marketing field.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing operations.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to relocate and work between Turkey and the UAE.
