Voice AI Engineer (Middle → Fast Growth) to $3000 Offline

Voicable AI is a technology startup building real-time voice AI agents for US businesses.
Our agents handle inbound phone calls, answer questions, qualify leads, and book appointments — live, over the phone.

We’re looking for a Middle-level engineer who already has hands-on experience with voice, telephony, WebRTC, or real-time audio, and wants to grow fast into a Senior Voice AI Engineer.

This is not a chatbot role. You’ll be building production voice systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.

You’ll build real voice AI agents, end to end:

• Real-time pipeline: Voice → STT → LLM → TTS → Voice
• Telephony & streaming: Twilio / WebRTC / SIP / WebSockets
• Conversation flows: greeting, questions, lead qualification, appointment booking
• Low latency (< ~1.2s): pipeline optimization, streaming, barge-in
• CRM integrations: HubSpot / Pipedrive / Airtable / Google Calendar
• Demo & production flows for US clients
• Logging, error handling, session stability, retries

Requirements (you need at least 5)

• Experience with telephony (Twilio / Asterisk / SIP / VoIP)
• OR experience with WebRTC
• OR experience with STT / TTS (Whisper, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Coqui, etc.)
• OR experience with WebSockets / streaming audio
• Python or Node.js (basic is fine, but confident)
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations
• Understanding of real-time architectures (async, events, queues)

• Experience building voice bots / assistants (any complexity)
• Real-time systems experience
• n8n / Make
• Docker
• Experience with GPT-4o / OpenAI Realtime
