Recruiter

Ukrainian Miltech company is looking for a Recruiter to help scale the team working on high-tech solutions for the defense sector.
You will work closely with hiring managers and be responsible for full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: from intake with hiring manager to offer;
• Hiring for technical, engineering, production and office roles;
• Active sourcing (LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, referrals);
• Conducting initial interviews and candidate screening;

• Managing candidate communication and feedback;

   

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency);
• Experience hiring technical / engineering / production roles is a strong plus;
• Confident sourcing skills and understanding of recruitment funnels;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
