We’re looking for a Lead Influencer Marketing — someone who can own the entire influencer direction, build systems (not chaos), and turn creator relationships into long-term brand equity and revenue.

You’re not just running campaigns — you’re building an ecosystem.

You understand creators, platforms, and performance. You know how to balance creativity with structure, relationships with results, and intuition with data.

 

You’re comfortable leading influencer strategy end-to-end — from vision and frameworks to execution, reporting, and team collaboration.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and define the influencer marketing strategy across all platforms
  • Build and scale long-term relationships with creators and ambassadors
  • Lead sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and retention of influencers
  • Design campaign frameworks, briefs, and content guidelines
  • Oversee campaign execution from concept to delivery
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
  • Collaborate closely with content, media buying, and community teams
  • Identify trends, formats, and creator opportunities early
  • Improve systems, processes, and workflows within influencer marketing
  • Act as the owner and decision-maker for the influencer function

 

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing (DTC, wellness, lifestyle preferred)
  • Proven experience leading influencer campaigns at scale
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with Tier 1–3 creators
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and creator economies
  • Strong English (Upper-Intermediate+)
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with performance metrics
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and remotely

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience managing or mentoring influencer / community team members
  • Knowledge of UGC usage rights, contracts, and compliance
  • Experience working with paid influencer ads
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms and CRM tools
  • Background in fast-growing DTC or wellness brands
