HR People/ Business Partner
As an HR People/ Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the employee experience at PayDo. You will partner closely with business leaders across departments, providing practical HR guidance and support on complex and sensitive matters.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently, delivering tangible results that strengthen both team performance and company culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to assigned business partners, including leadership teams and managers.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with business needs and goals.
- Partner with leaders on performance management, succession planning, employee relations and other HR-related matters.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Ensure all HR procedures are clear, compliant, documented and accessible to relevant stakeholders, creating consistency in HR operations.
- Clearly communicate HR policies, procedures, initiatives and updates to specialists.
- Conduct surveys (including eNPS) to gather employee feedback.
- Foster an inclusive organizational culture by implementing initiatives that support employee engagement and addressing culture-related issues proactively.
- Calibrate and maintain HR Information System to accurately reflect employee data while evaluating system effectiveness.
- Collect, analyze and interpret HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including training programs and career path frameworks.
- Assist in performance management processes, including PDPs and regular performance reviews.
Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or People Partner roles across multiple companies.
- Advanced level of English.
- Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive situations (e.g., employee terminations, conflict resolution) with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in developing and implementing clear, practical HR policies and procedures that drive consistency and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in defining, tracking and acting on HR metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently, taking ownership and delivering measurable results.
- Proficiency in HR systems and digital tools, using technology to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
- Previous experience in an IT or tech-driven environment is preferred, understanding the pace, culture, and needs of tech teams.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition will be a plus.
