We are actively seeking a Content Producer who will own the creation of transformational, on-brand and high-quality content: video lessons, meditations, rituals, challenges and guided programs. You will bridge creativity, production and strategy — ensuring each piece of content drives user engagement, emotional connection and long-term retention.

Your Impact:

• Turn ideas and briefs into finished content — from first concept to final release across video, audio, and text formats;
• Own and run the full production process, translating ideas into scripts and managing shoots, editing, and iterations with a predictable outcome;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as true collaborators, not just executors;
• Build and optimize clear production workflows (timelines, approvals, documentation) to move fast without compromising quality;
• Ensure consistent brand quality and storytelling across every format — from tone of voice to the final frame;
• Act as a creative owner: propose new formats, refine approaches, and continuously raise the content quality bar based on trends and user experience.
   

About You:

• 1–2+ years of experience in content production or creative production.
• Practical experience managing full-cycle production (video/audio/text).
• Strong project management and ability to run multiple processes simultaneously.
• Understanding of storytelling, content quality principles and digital content trends.
• Experience working with creative specialists (writers, designers, videographers).
• English — Upper-Intermediate+ (working with experts and reviewing content).
