Digis seeks a proactive, skilled, and self-driven IT Recruiter to join our remote team!

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle IT recruitment via Upwork
• Search, outreach, and communication with candidates
• HR interviews and initial screening
• Coordination of technical interviews
• Offer handling and ongoing candidate communication
   

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment with a good understanding of the IT market
• Strong interest or experience working with Upwork
• Experience hiring tech specialists
• English — Upper-Intermediate+
• Independence, responsibility, and clear communication
