Project Manager (iGaming)

About the Role:
We’re growing fast and are excited to expand our team! We are looking for a passionate IT Project Manager to join our partner team and help us continue our journey of innovation and excellence.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders during key project stages (design, platform provider, product owners).
  • Manage and control multiple projects running in parallel.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compile and present comprehensive project reports.
  • Document and present detailed notes on projects and meetings.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, daily stand-ups, and status checks.
     

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, including at least 2 years in the gambling domain.
  • Proven experience managing technical teams (developers, QA, DevOps) of 10+ people.
  • Ability to manage 3+ projects simultaneously at different stages of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Proficient in gathering, processing, and formulating project requirements.
  • Expertise in planning for Scrum teams across different timeframes and adapting to change.
  • Understanding of web development principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated effective people management for teams of 5+ employees.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to oversee multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
     

Technical / Specialized Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of project management in the gambling domain.
  • Experience working with various methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Theoretical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven experience in gambling or similar domains.
  • Basic technical understanding of gambling platform components.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and analyze edge cases in requirements.
  • Proactive communication, meticulous documentation, and strict follow-ups on results.
