Affiliate manager

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager who will help us scale our partner network across Tier-1/2 regions and local markets.
The ideal candidate knows how to build long-term relationships, has excellent negotiation skills, and is ready to represent the company at international events.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively search for and onboard new partners (traffic affiliates, CRM integrators, and agents working with call centers).
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing affiliates.
  • Negotiate and agree on cooperation terms.
  • Present the affiliate offer and partnership benefits of DID Global.
  • Analyze partner performance, traffic quality, and key metrics; prepare reports.
  • Represent DG Partners at industry events, exhibitions, and international conferences.
  • Work with CRM systems and analytics tools to optimize partner acquisition strategies.
     

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Has proven experience in affiliate management (preferably in iGaming, FinTech, SaaS, or B2B Telecom).
  • Understands monetization models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
  • Possesses strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking, a structured approach, and independence in work.
  • Confident user of Excel/Google Sheets and analytical trackers.
  • Willing to travel and participate in international industry events.
     

Would Be a Plus

  • Own database of relevant partners or affiliates.
  • Experience launching affiliate programs from scratch.
  • Knowledge of the VoIP market or existing contacts in the call center industry.
