Account Manager
Wetelo is an IT outsourcing and outstaffing company working with clients across Europe and the US.
We are looking for an Account Manager who will own client relationships end-to-end β from contracts and invoicing to communication and long-term account development.
This role sits at the intersection of clients, delivery teams, and finance, and requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and confidence working with numbers.
Key Requirements:
β Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English proficiency;
β Strong confidence with numbers and reports;
β Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets;
β High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel processes;
β Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management skills;
β Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, PMs, and finance.
Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management:
β Act as the primary point of contact for clients;
β Build long-term, trust-based relationships;
β Schedule and conduct regular client calls (status updates, rate reviews, next steps).
Contracts & Finance:
β Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, fees, and service agreements;
β Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle and ensure proper documentation;
β Handle invoicing and monitor timely payments from clients.
Operations & Delivery Support:
β Track, prepare, and maintain reports on developersβ working hours;
β Support resource planning, including tracking developersβ allocation, utilization, and availability across projects;
β Work with outstaffing and support-based projects;
β Collect and analyze client feedback on developersβ performance;
β Coordinate with PMs and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
We would like you to have:
β At least 1 year of commercial experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry;
β Hands-on experience with IT outsourcing / outstaffing models;
β Proven experience communicating directly with international clients (Europe and/or the US);
β Strong multitasking skills with a high level of responsibility;
β Confidence in working with financial data, reports, and numbers.
