Middle Product Manager

Hello! Softsich is a young and ambitious international product IT company building scalable digital B2B platforms for global partners.

Here, features don’t appear by chance - they are driven by data, hypotheses, and a clear understanding of goals. We’re looking for a Middle Product Manager who will help develop the product within a dedicated domain and contribute to improving key product metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Own product features end-to-end: from idea generation and requirements definition to release and post-launch analysis.
• Build and maintain the product backlog, actively participating in task prioritization.
• Prepare and validate product requirements for development and design teams.
• Work with product analytics, tracking the impact and effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.

We’re a great match if you have:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• A solid understanding of the full product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → post-release.
• Experience working with requirements, backlog, and roadmap.
• Basic knowledge of product analytics and key performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools.
• The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
