Lead Product Manager

Hello! Softsich is a young and ambitious international product IT company building scalable digital B2B platforms for global partners.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who will lead a product team, define the direction of core functionality, and help the product grow alongside the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of 1–3 Product Managers, ensuring high-quality product decisions and supporting the team’s professional growth.
• Validate product requirements and initiatives, ensuring hypotheses are well-founded and tasks are ready for development.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap in line with business priorities.
• Drive the achievement of key product goals and keep the team focused on the highest-impact initiatives.
• Coordinate collaboration between product, business, design, and engineering teams.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the product’s core functionality.

We’re a great match if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience in a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead role.
• Hands-on experience managing a team of Product Managers (from 1 team member).
• Strong expertise in data-driven decision-making and product analytics.
• Solid understanding of unit economics, incentive mechanisms, and retention metrics.
