Your Mission as an Affiliate Manager

To drive sustainable Amazon sales growth by scaling and optimizing affiliate partnerships through performance-driven strategies, data analysis, and strong partner relationships.

We’re looking for a results-oriented Affiliate Manager who enjoys working with numbers, optimizing traffic sources, and building profitable long-term partnerships.

What We Expect from You

• 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with performance-driven traffic sources
• Basic knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPS, ROAS, reach/clicks/ATC/sales)
• Experience negotiating and communicating with affiliate partners
• General understanding of digital marketing and traffic generation
• Experience with affiliate platforms and CRM tools (CJ, Rakuten, Everflow, Avantlink, Awin)
• English level: Strong Intermediate+ (written and spoken)
• Proactivity, analytical mindset, attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results (with clear KPIs)
• Motivation to grow in Amazon marketing and affiliate partnerships 

Your Responsibilities

• Scale affiliate traffic channels to drive Amazon sales growth (in future + Shopify)
• Identify, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates
• Launch, test, and optimize affiliate campaigns and offers
• Monitor traffic quality and performance metrics (CPS, ROAS, reach/clicks/ATC/sales)
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams
• Research new affiliate platforms and scaling opportunities
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and brand guidelines
