Financial Manager (PSP / High-Risk Payments)

Overview

Would you like to be the first financial manager of a high-risk fintech product company?
We are looking for a Financial Manager for an international team with the prospect of becoming a CFO
Direct work with the CEO, full responsibility for reporting and processes.

Main Responsibilities

– Daily reconciliation of transactions across Visa/MC, JCB and local payment methods

– Monitoring balances, settlements, fees and payment flows

– Managing chargebacks, refunds, disputes and financial risk controls

– Communication with PSP partners, acquirers, and technical provider (PayAdmit)

– Preparing financial reports, cash-flow forecasts, and profitability analytics

– Ensuring compliance with internal policies, card scheme rules, and regulatory standards

– Identifying discrepancies, optimizing costs, and improving processes

Mandatory Requirements

– Experience in finance within a PSP, fintech, acquiring bank, or high-risk merchant

– Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

– Understanding of payment processing, settlements, and card schemes

– Attention to detail, reliability, and ownership

– Ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment
