Data Analyst

We operate at scale, process high transaction volumes, and work across complex, high-risk payment ecosystems. As our fintech holding continues to grow internationally, we are launching a new Data & Analytics direction — and this role is foundational to it.

Today, we are looking for a Data Analyst to build a core part of it: transforming raw transactional data into actionable financial insights.

Your Mission

Transform fragmented transaction flows into a structured, transparent, and reliable financial reporting system.

This is not a dashboard-only role. You will define methodology, propose solutions, and be personally responsible for the correctness of financial figures used by Finance, Management, and Key Account teams.

What You Will Do

Reconciliation Logic

• Design SQL algorithms for transaction matching (exact by ID and fuzzy matching by indirect attributes).
• Handle complex financial chains: partial refunds, disputes, currency differences.

Data Modeling

• Build and maintain models in dbt.
• Standardize data: timezones (UTC), multi-currency, unified statuses.

Data Marts & Reporting

• Create data layers for finance, KAMs, and management dashboards.
• Maintain reporting on key metrics: P&L, margin, conversion.

Data Quality & Mapping

• Define entity classifiers and maintain correct mapping across multiple sources.
• Implement checks and alerts to prevent errors and anomalies.

Monitoring & Alerts

• Set up automated notifications for critical deviations in data and KPIs.

   

Tech Stack

• Data Transformation: dbt (mandatory)
• SQL: Expert level (complex joins, window functions, query optimization)
  Databases: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse

• Visualization: Metabase, Superset, or similar

   

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years in Data Analytics or Financial Data Analysis (Middle+ / Senior)
• Strong SQL skills, experience with large datasets and financial flows
• Hands-on experience with dbt and analytical modeling
  Experience with financial data, reconciliation logic, and monitoring
