Senior iGaming Closer - Streamer and Brand Partnerships to $1200

We are a fast-growing iGaming platform connecting streamers with licensed casino operators through a fully compliant and performance-driven model.

Our platforms, Streamern.com and iGamingOne.com, are built to maximize earnings for streamers while delivering high-quality traffic to brands.

We are now looking for a high-level closer who can take ownership of deals and scale our partnerships with both streamers and operators.

🎯 Mission

Your main goal is simple:

👉 Close high-quality deals with streamers and brands

You will take qualified leads and turn them into long-term, profitable partnerships.

🔥 Responsibilities

1. Streamer Closing (Primary Focus – ~70%)

• Take over conversations with qualified streamers

• Negotiate and close deals (fixed & CPA)

• Structure win-win agreements based on performance

• Build trust and long-term relationships

• Push streamers to commit and go live quickly

2. Brand Closing (~20–30%)

• Negotiate CPA deals and campaign terms with operators

• Secure strong offers for our streamers

• Maintain and grow relationships with brands

• Ensure deals are profitable and scalable

3. Deal Strategy & Optimization

• Structure deals based on data (FTD, deposits, GEOs)

• Identify high-value streamers and prioritize them

• Improve deal terms over time (CPA, KPI, bonuses)

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working with iGaming streamers and/or operators

• Strong closing and negotiation skills (this is critical)

• Ability to handle objections and control conversations

• Experience with CPA / RevShare / hybrid deals

• Fast, confident, and results-driven mindset

• Excellent English communication skills

🚀 Bonus (Not Required)

• Existing network of streamers or brands

• Understanding of tracking / affiliate systems

• Experience in performance marketing

• Closing high-quality streamers consistently

• Securing strong deals with operators

• Increasing revenue per streamer over time

• Building long-term partnerships (not one-off deals)

👉 We are looking for a deal maker — someone who can negotiate, build trust, and close.

On top of the base salary, we have a commission-based bonus up to $5,000/month.
