We are a leading global iGaming affiliate network managing streamers and operators worldwide. Our platforms, Streamern.com and iGamingOne.com, connect streamers to licensed casino operators with full compliance. We are looking for a Platform & Affiliate Manager to run the technical operations and ensure all campaigns and tracking work flawlessly.

Mission

Run the entire platform/website and affiliate operations flawlessly, ensuring high-quality performance tracking, smooth technical operations, and compliant campaigns.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Operations

• Find and onboard new brands
• Add new brands after CEO approval
• Integrate brand creatives, T&Cs, and offers
• Test and QA all campaigns
• Maintain affiliate dashboards

Platform & Tracking

• Maintain Streamern.com & iGamingOne.com
• Build landing pages (fast, high-quality, clean)
• Manage postbacks, tracking, and analytics
• Add new brands, approve technical setup
• Maintain GEO routing + IP filters
• Fix tracking bugs
• Ensure 100% uptime
• Maintain the look & feel of the platform & websites

Performance

• Monitor streamers’ incoming traffic
• Calculate EPC & FTD performance
• Detect fraud and unusual patterns
• Evaluate low-performing GEOs or offers
• Provide weekly numbers to the team

Requirements

• Strong negotiations skills
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Experience with tracking platforms, affiliate systems, and campaign management
• Experience with Lovable.dev, WordPress, and TrackNow
• Ability to troubleshoot, QA, and resolve platform issues quickly
• Familiarity with iGaming compliance preferred
• Excellent English communication and organization skills
