PHP (Symfony) Developer Offline

We are looking for a PHP (Symfony) Developer to join a fintech product team working on scalable, data-intensive systems.

Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve backend components and REST APIs using PHP (Symfony)
• Work with MongoDB for flexible and non-relational data use cases
• Implement and support asynchronous processing pipelines using RabbitMQ
• Manage application deployment and runtime environments in AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.)
• Investigate and resolve performance issues in distributed systems
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making together with the Tech Lead
• Improve existing solutions through refactoring, optimization, and adoption of best practices
• Keep up to date with backend and infrastructure technologies relevant to fintech systems

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong, hands-on experience with PHP and Symfony in real production systems
• Background in fintech, banking, or payment-related platforms
• Deep understanding of MySQL 8, including complex queries, indexing strategies, and large-scale data handling
• Experience working with message brokers such as RabbitMQ
• Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services
• Proven experience with high-load or data-heavy applications
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to implementation details
• Ability to work autonomously within an existing architecture

Additional 

• Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
• Basic familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js
