The company is looking for a Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Assembly Engineer (Junior+/Middle level) to work on mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, diagnostics, configuration, and maintenance of technical equipment, including UAV-related systems.

We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on technical skills, structured thinking, and a responsible approach to work.


 


 


 


 

Responsibilities:


 


 

  • Perform electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, and configuration of technical units and systems.
  • Diagnose, identify, and troubleshoot faults in electronic and mechanical systems.
  • Work with measurement equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer, VNA).
  • Configure, service, and repair technical devices and systems.
  • Connect and configure sensors (GNSS, LiDAR, compasses, barometers), cameras (analog and digital), and VTX systems.
  • Tune PID controllers and filters, or have a solid understanding of related control concepts.
  • Work with autopilot firmware and configuration tools.
  • Perform field work and equipment installation on-site when required.
  • Maintain basic technical documentation and analyze logs (Blackbox, DataFlash).

Hard Skills:

  • Experience working with electronic components, mechanical assemblies, and electrical wiring.
  • Skills in assembling, diagnosing, and maintaining technical equipment.
  • Ability to work with measurement tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).
  • Soldering skills.
  • Basic programming skills (any language).
  • Basic understanding of ArduPilot, Betaflight, INAV, PX4 and their differences.
  • Experience with QGroundControl and Mission Planner.
  • Understanding of OpenTX / EdgeTX and ExpressLRS Configurator.
  • Experience with Blackbox Explorer and DataFlash Viewer.
  • Understanding of communication protocols: MAVLink, MSP, ELRS, CRSF, I2C, SPI, UART.
  • Confident user of Linux or Windows.
  • Experience working with analog and digital VTX systems.
  • Basic experience or understanding of connecting and configuring sensors and peripherals.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and perform technical diagnostics.
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
  • Complete secondary education (minimum requirement)

 

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of C/C++, Python, LUA.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, Networking & Connectivity.
  • Experience with Raspberry Pi, STM32, Intel N100.
  • Experience selecting motor–propeller combinations.
  • Experience with UAVs, their diagnostics, and service maintenance.


 

Working Conditions:

  • Salary: UAH 35,000 – 46,000 (salary level and requirements depend on experience and knowledge; determined based on a technical test task).
  • Working schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Work format: Hybrid (office + field work when required).
  • Possible business trips within Ukraine lasting up to 2–3 weeks.
  • Workday and internal meetings start at 10:30 AM.
