Project Manager

Solomono is a Ukrainian product company building accessible and easy-to-use solutions for launching online stores. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs around the world by providing reliable tools for starting and growing their businesses.

We are growing rapidly โ€” expanding our client base, launching new projects, and continuously improving our product ecosystem. To support this growth, we are looking for a Project Manager who is ready to take ownership, work closely with customers, and grow together with the product.

Your Role

As a Project Manager at Solomono, you will manage multiple projects end-to-end, act as the primary communication bridge between customers and delivery teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

This role combines client-facing communication, project coordination, and process ownership, with clear opportunities for professional growth and increasing responsibility.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously throughout their full lifecycle
  • Communicate directly with customers: gather, clarify, and formalize business and technical requirements
  • Manage expectations, scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery outcomes
  • Plan project activities, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Maintain project plans, backlogs, and task flows using ClickUp
  • Coordinate daily team activities and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
  • Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives)
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively propose mitigation actions
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and delivery summaries
  • Support project kick-off, closure, and handover activities
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher โ€” confident spoken and written communication with customers
  • Experience working with IT products and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Practical or strong theoretical knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of ownership
  • High level of self-organization and a result-oriented mindset
  • Experience creating professional reports, roadmaps, and project documentation
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with ClickUp
  • Experience in SaaS or e-commerce projects
  • Participation in presales and discovery phases
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and services
