Customer Support Specialist (Spanish, Italian, English)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a responsible Customer Support Specialist (Spanish, Italian, English) who will implement, develop, and maintain high-quality service standards for our customers.
Work schedule:
- from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM CET;
- OR from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM CET.
You will:
- Communicate with users, work with feedback and complaints via phone, tickets and email;
- Resolving support requests while meeting SLA and quality standards;
- Provide empathetic and attentive service to meet the needs of our users;
- Escalating complex cases to mentors or team leads when necessary.
About you:
- English proficiency at B2+ level, Spanish at C1 level, and Italian at C1 level;
- You have experience with Zendesk;
- You have 6+ months of experience in Customer Support.
- You have excellent communication abilities and can handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and promptly;
- You can work both independently and as part of various teams;
- You are attentive, persistent, and solution-oriented;
- You have a strong work ethic and adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic business environment.
