Junior Recruiter to $500

SnoopGame is looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Recruiter who is eager to grow in the talent acquisition field. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with various positions across different markets.

Over the past decade, we’ve meticulously tested more than 1,500 games across a wide range of genres — from Hyper Casual to AAA. Today, we proudly stand as international game testing company, with strong expertise and the capability to deliver diverse manual testing services across multiple platforms.

Requirements:
 

• 0–6 months of commercial experience as a Researcher or Recruiter.
• Recruitment courses or self-study in recruitment theory and HR processes.
• Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and work with objections.
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher (for spoken communication).

Responsibilities:
 

• Sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
• Conducting interviews.
• Working with external platforms (LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, etc.).
• Maintaining and expanding the internal candidate database in an ATS.
• Recruitment funnel reporting.
• Using various tools in daily work, including AI-based solutions.
