We’re looking for a Junior Accountant to join us. If you have a solid foundation in accounting, enjoy working with data, and want to grow professionally in a product company with a dynamic pace — we’d be happy to meet you.

Location: Warsaw. Office / Hybrid

Format: Full-time

Seniority: Junior (1+ year of relevant experience)

What you’ll do

• Ensure accuracy of data entry and updates in accounting and financial systems.
• Prepare contracts and invoices for contractors.
• Provide consulting support to contractors regarding cooperation with the business incubator.
• Record and categorize payments in the accounting system (Xero).
• Register fixed assets and maintain related documentation.
• Track and process business expenses.
• Maintain working spreadsheets and prepare data upon request.
   

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of experience as a financial specialist, economist, or accountant.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Confident user of Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
• Experience with Xero or other accounting/financial systems.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Responsibility, ability to meet deadlines, and good organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and processes simultaneously.
