CRM Service Coordinator

About Us:
Medier is a European IT product company that creates cutting-edge online entertainment projects. We are looking for a CRM Service Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in our customer engagement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage promotional landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Create and optimize HTML templates for customer communication.
- Develop and schedule SMS campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) for CRM campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate local market-specific CRM activities and campaign results.
- Optimize and improve automated customer journeys, creating new triggers and event-based communications.
Requirements:
β Must-Have Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to track, measure, and report on email and SMS marketing campaign performance.
β Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Interest in the betting and gambling industry.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Sendgrid, or similar).
- Knowledge of email and SMS marketing best practices.
