Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to provide critical insights across multiple business functions, with a particular focus on player engagement, promotion effectiveness, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will excel at working with large datasets, identifying trends, and communicating findings that drive business decisions. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Deliver comprehensive analytical insights to cross-functional departments
• Proactively identify and implement enhancements to tournament structures, promotional campaigns, bonus offerings, and customer communication strategies
• Conduct in-depth retention analysis to identify churn factors and recommend retention strategies
• Perform anomaly detection and identify product improvement opportunities through data-driven insights
• Manage and query multiple database environments including BigQuery, MySQL, and ClickHouse
• Develop and maintain regular reporting cadences with visually compelling presentations for stakeholders

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with BigQuery
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing and analyzing large datasets
• Strong presentation skills with a track record of effectively communicating analytical findings
• Proven experience in performance analysis of tournaments, promotional campaigns, bonus systems, and customer communication initiatives
• Experience in developing automated reporting solutions and optimizing analytical processes Knowledge of Python is advantageous
• Experience with Customer.io and Smartico platforms for engagement analytics are beneficial
• Prior experience in the iGaming sector is considered an asset
