We are now strengthening our Core cluster and looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can turn our expertise and case studies into a predictable, systematic pipeline of qualified conversations – not "5 clients because we got lucky this month", but "5 clients because that was the plan and the system worked".
 

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to work with outbound, qualify opportunities, and bring the right people to the table — consistently.

You will work directly with the founder and core team, focusing on:

  • generating leads in target markets (Europe / Australia / other English-speaking regions),
  • building a simple, measurable and reliable outreach funnel (targets, weekly rhythm, clear numbers),
  • preparing the founder for calls with clear briefs and context,
  • helping us position Orbios as a focused, AI-driven partner — not a generic agency,
  • acting with a partnership mindset: thinking in terms of long-term value for Orbios and clients, not "разові "закриті задачі".

We are not looking for a general "marketer for everything".

We are looking for someone who understands that the end result of their work is predictable revenue: qualified conversations and signed clients — and who clearly knows why they perform each activity, not just what to do.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize target segments and companies for Orbios services (AI automation, development, consulting).
  • Run structured outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, platforms) with clear tracking of opens, replies, and follow-ups.
  • Make the sales / lead generation process predictable: set simple targets, track funnel metrics, and learn from results.
  • Qualify leads: understand whether there is real potential, timing, and budget.
  • Prepare concise briefs for the founder before calls: who the client is, what they do, what could be a relevant angle for Orbios.
  • Maintain a simple and clean lead pipeline (spreadsheet or CRM): status, next action, owner.
  • Coordinate with the core team to keep our basic materials up to date: one-pagers, short pitch decks, service descriptions, case references.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT and others) to speed up research and draft communication, while always delivering human, professional final text.
     

Requirements

  • 2+ year of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or lead generation for IT / digital / services.
  • Strong written and spoken English:
    • candidates from Ukraine: С1 or higher,
    • candidates from the Philippines: confident business English.
  • Proven experience with outbound lead generation (email, LinkedIn or similar channels).
  • Ability to write clear, concise, non-spam outreach messages tailored to the audience.
  • Habit of working with numbers: replies, booked calls, basic funnel metrics.
  • Confident use of Google Workspace and basic tools for tracking leads (sheets, simple CRM), plus readiness to work with AI assistants.
  • Partnership mindset: you think in terms of long-term cooperation and mutual value, not only "closing a task".
  • Process thinking: you are not just executing steps, you understand why each activity matters for the overall go-to-market and are ready to challenge and improve the process.
     

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with AI / SaaS / software development companies.
  • Understanding of basic delivery concepts: scope, rate, hours, MVP, roadmap.
  • Experience working with clients from Europe, Australia or the US.
  • Experience supporting founders or senior leaders in preparation for sales / discovery calls.
