We`re rapidly growing and inviting a highly motivated and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team.

You would be running such tasks as:

  • Owning the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement & retention, offboarding);
  • Employees career development (performance reviews, building a talent pool of internal employees);
  • Monitoring of employees’ moods and satisfaction through 1:1 meetings and surveys;
  • Conflict resolution and prevention;
  • Managing employee benefits (medical insurance, benefits cafeteria, training compensation);
  • Developing new or revising existing HR policies and procedures;
  • Handling HRM system;
  • Active participation in team activities, projects, and process improvements;
  • Provided occasional support with office and event-related activities.
Required skills and expertise:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Manager/HR Generalist/People Partner role;
  • Proven experience with all main stages of the employee lifecycle;
  • Experience in FinTech/IT environment, with an understanding of the unique dynamics and challenges of the industry;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • High-level self-responsibility, empathy, and emotional intelligence;
  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to take ownership;
  • Solid conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
