IT Recruitment Specialist

Due to company’s growth ISG is looking for a proactive person to join our HR team. We are looking for someone who is keen on searching new talents and enjoys the challenge of understanding their needs. The role of Recruiting specialist implies providing full-cycle recruitment servivces. Your main focus will be on search and selection, including direct search and headhunting.
 

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will be responsible for:
 

• Participate in full life-cycle of recruiting including: pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications
• Identify and recruit candidates through in-house and external networking, database mining, Internet research, job postings and attendance at industry events and career fairs
• Develop and implement improvements to sourcing strategies to build proper candidate talent pools
• Maintain all pertinent applicants and interviews data in the Zoho Recruit
• Keep track of recruiting metrics and analytics
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment process
• Good understanding of Lviv IT market is a must
• General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
• Skills in candidates search and selection including direct search and headhunting
• English proficiency (upper-intermediate level)
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
• Ability to work independently
