Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Director to own marketing strategy, execution, and performance across paid acquisition, PR, partnerships, and analytics.
This role is responsible for leading an established marketing team and ensuring marketing efforts directly support business growth through high-quality demand generation, strong MQL β†’ SQL conversion, and measurable ROI.
The Marketing Director operates as the single point of accountability for marketing outcomes, working closely with Sales and Product.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy, priorities, and execution across all channels.
  • Define quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with company growth goals.
  • Own core marketing KPIs, including lead quality, MQL β†’ SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team of 8 specialists (paid media, content, PR, partnerships, and supporting roles).
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations for the team.
  • Ensure effective execution, accountability, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Oversee paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Capterra, and other relevant B2B platforms.
  • Guide budget allocation and optimization decisions based on funnel performance and revenue impact.
  • Ensure structured testing, CRO initiatives, and data-driven optimization across campaigns.
  • Own PR and partnership strategy, including industry associations, media outlets, and strategic collaborators.
  • Strengthen ArboStar’s brand visibility and credibility within the vertical B2B SaaS market.
  • Ensure PR and partnership initiatives support demand generation and pipeline goals.
  • Work closely with Sales to align campaigns with lead quality expectations and pipeline needs.
  • Collaborate with Product on analytics, attribution, and marketing integrations.
  • Oversee marketing reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including team leadership and performance ownership.
  • Proven experience leading multi-channel demand generation and paid acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of lead quality, MQL β†’ SQL conversion, and revenue attribution.
  • Experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and decision-making based on data and ROI.
  • Comfortable owning outcomes, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing $20,000+ monthly paid media budgets with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
  • English proficiency B2 or higher.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in vertical SaaS, field services, or construction-related industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and workflow optimization.
