Join our dynamic Advanced Technology Solution (ATS) team as a Solution Architect and lead the charge in developing transformative global smart solutions. We are seeking a forward-thinking individual with engineer expertise to spearhead projects from AI and RPA to web development and beyond, while effectively assessing and integrating client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical teams in designing and implementing innovative solutions, adeptly tackling complex challenges across various environments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their requirements and fostering clear communication between clients and the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements, ensuring they align with both client goals and business objectives.
• Ensure on-time delivery of solutions that meet technical and functional requirements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential technical risks associated with projects.
• Share your domain expertise by mentoring and guiding your team toward success.
• Explore and propose new consulting opportunities within our existing customer base to drive further innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
• Technical expertise in .Net/Java/Python/Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases and frontend technologies.
• Solid understanding of algorithmic programming and diverse testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills.
