Technical Project Manager Offline

Our team is looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager with a strong technical background. As a team member, you will work on various projects and industries to develop innovative solutions and lead IT projects while ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Necessary skills:

• 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager role, specifically in IT projects.
• Fluent in agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum.
• English level C1.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Technical background and basic knowledge of IT stacks and technologies and experience with pre-sales.
• Experience in building the development process and effectively communicating with clients.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and others.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

   

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate IT projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Defining and refining metrics to understand team performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
