HR Generalist

USA, Canada, Europe, Singapore
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as an HR Generalist (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in Recruitment
- Upper-intermediate English level or higher (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience supporting employees across the full lifecycle (pre-/post-onboarding, 1:1s, exit interviews, feedback collection, performance cycles)
- Solid understanding of competency assessment and evaluating candidate fit
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruiting, filling, and expansion process including the candidate database;
- Establishing the first contact and conducting communication;
- Support of employees before and after onboarding (onboarding, performance reviews, 1:1 interviews, exit interviews, gathering information for the legal team)
- Build and document HR processes;
- Work closely with C-level and managers.
