HR Generalist

Customers' locations:

USA, Canada, Europe, Singapore

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as an HR Generalist (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in Recruitment
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience supporting employees across the full lifecycle (pre-/post-onboarding, 1:1s, exit interviews, feedback collection, performance cycles)
• Solid understanding of competency assessment and evaluating candidate fit

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end recruiting, filling, and expansion process including the candidate database;
• Establishing the first contact and conducting communication;
• Support of employees before and after onboarding (onboarding, performance reviews, 1:1 interviews, exit interviews, gathering information for the legal team)
• Build and document HR processes;
• Work closely with C-level and managers.
